I was extremely happy with the service I received at Tom's Ford. I went in unfamiliar with the types of Bronco and what would fit me best. Sophia was extremely helpful with explaining the differences between each model and the packages they have. She accompanied me while I test drove the big bend model and eased my nerves since it was my first time driving such a large vehicle. I am very grateful to Lori and Ryan from Tom’s Ford in Keyport nj! My car broke down in a parking lot and the problem seemed to be a piece that had been recalled on my car. Lori was so kind and helpful and went above and beyond to help me get it repaired right away! They sent their Mobile service directly to me in the parking lot and changed the piece. Ryan was also very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. He was showing me under my hood where the piece had broken and was able to efficiently have the job done within five minutes of showing up. I was able to still make it to my job and did not require AAA or a trip to my mechanic. I’m so thankful for all their help today and will definitely be returning that specific Ford location after their amazing customer service!
